Location is important if your child needs a school. Thus, we have included google maps to help you know where the prospective building is located. This map function also assists in determining where popular amenities are located close by. If you child needs a school... you can look and see if there is one close by.
Each building lists available units. You can see a floor plan (if the listing owner has any) and you can view photos. There is a brief outline of services and features of each of the buildings.
When you call, e-mail or visit the buildings... try and realize that the person you meet is usually the building manager and they are most likely the person responsible in taking care of YOUR new home. You should feel comfortable with them. Remember, the building manager usually lives in the building and they are trying to encourage you to come and share their home. Make sure the place looks well cared for, clean and that the staff are welcoming. Determine if the owners are responsive to repairs and maintenance.
