Willow is a group of Quiet and clean buildings.  Walking distance to almost everything. 

LOCATION is spectacular... everything you need you can walk to.

New washer and dryer in each building using smart cards.  Debit machines are available in our management office that is only a few blocks away.

This complex has only 2 bedrooms units that are fully renovated with new kitchens, flooring and bathrooms.   Though the units have 2 bedrooms it would suite a single person or senior.  The extra bedroom can be a study, dressing room, TV room, computer room.

There are on-site lockers and laundry facilities.

There is a resident building representative and you are only steps from the management office.

There  are larger, established trees that help keep you cool on those sunny days.

We are steps from Cambrian Mall - where there are banks, Rome's and clothing stores.  Dairy Queen is also just steps away.

To whom it may concern: I wanted to write a quick note to tell you a bit about my experience living at your building at 255 Bold St, Hamilton. In particular, I wanted to mention that I beleive it has been a good change for the building having Christine as the building supervisor. Christine is committed to having a quiet, professional and clean building. I often see her working late hours and have always found her available and approachable. I find the building very clean and I appreciate that she puts in the time to ensure it stays clean throughout the week. I also deeply appreciate that tenant choices are made with the entire building in mind. My neighbours have been very lovely people that I have enjoyed living next to. I would also like to mention that Christine is much more attentive to fire safety than the previous supervisor. She is consistent in testing the fire alarm system and has worked hard to have a clear and feasible fire plan.
