We have been extensively renovating our apartment units as they become vacant using condo quality products.  

The units have either richly coloured laminate floors or beautifully restored hardwood floors that gleam..  The bathrooms have been gutted and replaced with new tubs, toilets, vanity and flooring.  The kitchens are typically fully renovated - new everything.
