The units have either richly coloured laminate floors or beautifully restored hardwood floors that gleam.. The bathrooms have been gutted and replaced with new tubs, toilets, vanity and flooring. The kitchens are typically fully renovated - new everything.
Renters won't believe that these are apartments... the look and feel is more like a condo conversion.
Rent includes Heat, water and one parking spot if needed. Hydro is extra.
All our units have HUGE new windows that allow lots of light in. The stairwells have floor to ceiling windows.
We have beautifully renovated laundry rooms on each floor. We offer you a choice of front load washers or top load washers.
There is a side yard with mature trees... when you are welcome to sit and enjoy the wonderful outdoors. We JUST installed a play-scape for younger children.
Secure front door entry system... and pass-card type entry for tenants at all our doors... no keys to struggle with when your hands are full.

Willowburg is located in the Cherry Park Neighbourhood. There is a very strong and vibrant neighbourhood association by the same name. They are very organized and offer a variety of community events. They even manage a communal garden.
GO TRAIN to Toronto.... you can board a GO Train to Toronto at the Victoria and Weber train station... how wonderful
